Buy This, Try This

It's Wed-nes-day! (Why do we not pronounce it like that? It would make spelling tests for second graders so much easier.) I usually have a pretty extensive mental list of things I'd like to have, but I am presently out of super great ideas. Today I went to Hobby Lobby and walked out with a measly $3 hook purchase. Something is amiss. Adjust my medications!

However, I'm kind of thinking of these counter stools.

Pretty nifty, huh? Not really a bad price either, but I'm not sure if it's ok to mix in industrial-type decor in my house. And that photo does not convince me otherwise! And actually, I haven't wished we had counter stools at all for the past year and a half we've lived in this house. Hum. They come in black, too...

I definitely DO have something I really want to make... and heck, I think I probably will!

A fun little Anthro-inspired necklace. So darn cute, and seemingly so easy a monkey I could do it. Yay!

Seriously girls, with all the Anthro-inspired necklace tutorials out there, why would you EVER shop for one in the store? (I say this safely assuming Anthropologie execs do not read my blog. Right?)

I have soooo many little projects I want to make and do. I'm in the middle of one now, but I ran out of spray paint. Oops, bad crafter!
